Charlie Barnes ‘Geekk’ Album Launch – 30th May 2010

Following on from the fantastic EP ‘No Offenkk’, Charlie Barnes is back with his début album, ‘Geekk’.

‘Geekk’ is an impressive 10 track album which really exemplifies Charlie’s unique experimental blends of big sounds and powerful, thoughtfully constructed lyrics.

We will be bringing you a full review of the album very shortly however you can see Charlie Barnes live at his album launch party. The album launch event is to be held at Bar 1:22 in Huddersfield on 30th May. You should really try to get down for the album launch as it will be the first time ever that Charlie will perform with a full band – ‘The Geekks’ and he will also be supported by the wonderful Ellen Smith of Ellen and The Escapades and there are rumours that Charlie and Ellen may be performing a song together. 30th May, get tickets, get yourself there!
