Oxjam @ The Well 2010On Sunday (17th October) The Well (formerly Josephs Well) will be taken over by our mammoth Oxjam event “Oxjam @ The Well 2010″ which is an all day music event raising money for Oxfam. The event will feature 26 bands across two stages, playing from 1pm right through ’til 11pm.

Here’s a list of the bands playing on each stage:

Main Stage

The Beat Marshals, Tag-Team Preacher, March of Dimes, Silverlode, Sound of Sirens, The Scandals, Apache, Albert Ross and The Otters, Unsuitable Pets, Hail to the Eskimo, Secret Sirens, Mimi and The Leaders, Los, Apache, Zeno and Hooker.

Acoustic Stage

Rupert Stroud, Jack James, Hayley Gaftarnick, Jasmine Kennedy, Claire Cameron, Louise Distras, Ben Parcell, Miranda Versus The Crok, The Finest Hour and Louisa Osborn.

We hope that you will come down and join us for a day of live music from some of the best local bands and help us raise money for the great cause that is Oxfam. Tickets are available for just £3 in advance from WeGotTickets or you can pay on the day.

  1. what a great day! was a little quiet on the crowd front which was unfortunate, as there some great bands on display all throughout the day.

    some bands such as Secret Sirens and Zeno i had seen before, however the biggest surprise for me was the performance of sound Of Sirens, a band i hadn’t seen before, but will definitely be checking out again. the set was blink and you miss it, but it was full of energy and catchy songs.
